Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to notify us that you wish to return it.
Once your return request has been approved, the item must be returned within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email sales@revivablade.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Defective or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
If a product is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Customer Remorse (Ordered in Error / No Longer Required)
If you have ordered in error or no longer require the item, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt.
For customer remorse returns, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged.
We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as Revivablade Limited cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement for a damaged or defective product is to contact us immediately at sales@revivablade.co.uk. Once the return has been received and approved, a replacement will normally be dispatched within 24 hours.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
EU orders up to €150 include VAT at checkout (IOSS), so no additional VAT should be due on delivery. Orders over €150 and other international destinations may be subject to import taxes and fees payable locally.
